Notice to deprecate Open Banking v3 endpoints- AIB UK and AIB (ROI)
Following previous communications and our implementation of Open Banking v4 on 18th June 2025, please note AIB UK and AIB (ROI) will be deprecating all v3 endpoints on the 30th of April 2026 . Any third parties using these API endpoints should migrate to v4 as soon as possible but no later than the 30th of April 2026 to prevent any loss of service to your customers.
Any v3 requests received after 30th of April 2026 will be rejected with response '503 Service Unavailable, Endpoint deprecated'.
On the above date we will also stop supporting the historic client secret token endpoint authentication across AIB UK, AIB (ROI) and EBS. From 30th April 2026 we will only support TLS or Private Key authentication.
